Barbara Brown is a transplanted New Yorker who considers her move to Florida as one of her best decisions. Photography was her first artistic endeavor and provided her with a foundation in composition, color and shape. Her training began with online classes. She soon realized in person instruction was more beneficial and took lessons in acrylics and oils at the Appleton Museum, as well as other local venues for about 15 years
