The Ladies Who Lunch
It's always summer in Jamaica! The water is an ephemeral shade of shimmering green and blue and the sun makes you hungry, no matter the hour. This image was inspired by the artistry of my friend-professional photographer Cookie Kinkead. Her extraordinary eye captured the moment lunch arrived for these exotic koi fish, each unique in their costuming but united in their desire for a "place at the table." The latecomer may be out of luck.
